Visitor's tax / accommodation

The apartment is let privately. The visitor’s tax is collected pursuant to the visitor-tax bylaw of the municipality of Bollendorf and forwarded to that municipality.

Units offered

Currently one holiday apartment is offered through this website (“Chalet SonnEck 69”, Bollendorf). A second unit is in preparation and will be added in the near future. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual unit’s page, all units are operated by Laurent Mander at the address shown above.

Value-added tax

The holiday apartment is let privately. There is no VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a of the German VAT Act (UStG), as no commercial activity within the meaning of the UStG is carried out.

Consumer dispute resolution (VSBG)

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
